What is an E-Gift Card?

The MC2 SAINT BARTH E-GIFT CARD is a digital card available exclusively online at www.mc2saintbarth.com. It is designed for use as a convenient payment method for future purchases or as a thoughtful gift for friends and family.

The E-GIFT CARD is delivered by email to the designated recipient, whose details are provided during purchase. It can only be used for purchases online at www.mc2saintbarth.com, as detailed below.

Duration

The E-GIFT CARD is valid for 1 year from the date of first use, as indicated in the confirmation email sent to the purchaser. The expiry date can be verified at any time through your account on the official website.

Features

  • The E-GIFT CARD is available in fixed denominations starting at €50, up to a maximum of €2,000.
  • Coupon codes or discount codes cannot be applied to purchase the E-GIFT CARD.
  • The purchase of the E-GIFT CARD is limited to customers within the European Union and is valid for use only within the European Union.
  • The card's currency is strictly Euro (€).
  • It is designed for private, non-commercial use only.
  • The E-GIFT CARD cannot be used to purchase another E-GIFT CARD.
  • It is activated at checkout upon successful payment using accepted payment methods.
  • The card is not rechargeable.
  • Purchases made with the E-GIFT CARD can be split across multiple transactions until the available balance is exhausted.
  • In case of a return of products purchased with the E-GIFT CARD, the refunded amount will be credited back to the E-GIFT CARD balance.
  • If the E-GIFT CARD value is insufficient for a purchase, the remaining balance must be paid with another accepted payment method.
  • The E-GIFT CARD cannot be converted into cash under any circumstances, including any residual balance that remains on the card.
  • The card can only be used for online purchases on the official website (www.mc2saintbarth.com). It cannot be used in physical stores.
  • The E-GIFT CARD balance does not accrue interest and cannot be transferred to another card or converted to cash.
  • The E-GIFT card cannot be returned (Multi-purpose voucher art.6 quater DPR 633/72).

Loss or Theft

The E-GIFT CARD is the responsibility of the bearer. If it is lost, stolen, or used improperly, MC2 SAINT BARTH is not responsible for its recovery or replacement.

Expiry

If the E-GIFT CARD balance is not used within the 1-year validity period, any remaining credit will expire. The bearer is not entitled to a refund or compensation for the unused balance.

Conditions of Use

Purchasing and using the E-GIFT CARD implies acceptance of these conditions. MC2 SAINT BARTH reserves the right to modify, integrate, or replace these terms at any time. Updated terms will be made available on www.mc2saintbarth.com.

Processing of Personal Data

Purchasing an E-GIFT CARD involves providing personal data of the buyer and/or recipient, which will be processed in compliance with applicable privacy laws, as specified in the Privacy Policy on www.mc2saintbarth.com.
