What we're looking for

We are looking for a role of Product Developer Manager – Jersey Category - for one important fashion brand.

Key responsibilities

  • Product development manager for the Jersey and Fleece segments across all product lines (Woman, Man, Kids).
  • Supplier management: scouting, cost negotiation, and style allocation.
  • Coordination of prototyping, fitting, and sample development.
  • Supervision of material purchasing, quality control, and pre-production phases.
  • Sales analysis and optimization of pricing and quantities based on performance.
  • Constant interface with Design and Production teams to ensure product consistency, timelines, and final quality.

Requirements

  • Degree in Fashion Fashion Design, Product Development or a related field.
  • Excellente knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of PLM systems (Kubix is considered a plus).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
