As soon as the purchase is confirmed, the order moves immediately to the logistical preparation stage. For this reason, we do not have the chance to make any changes or cancellations.

Each order will be shipped with a recycled paper box and will contain a MC2 Saint Barth shopping bag printed with our best-selling patterns.

You can pre-order a selection of items before they are even available.All items are identified by the PRE-ORDER label visible on the product page. You can purchase them and receive them at the address you prefer as soon as it is possible to ship them. If your order is mixed, meaning it includes both available and pre-ordered items, it may be processed in multiple solutions to ensure faster delivery. Please note that payment will be made when the package is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we ship your package. The validity of your card may be confirmed through a payment authorization of 1 Euro. This authorization is not a charge: the charge on your credit card will be made only at the time of shipment.

In each online order is included one logo paper shopper or one logo paper envelope and both can be used as gift packaging, where available. Only one bag/envelope is sent for each order, regardless of the number of products purchased, where available.

You can ask for your return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. To return your product, you need to log in to your account and select the items you wish to return.
MC2 Saint Barth will send you an email containing the return authorization and the courier's prepaid label to ship the item.
The pick-up can take place at your home or you can bring the package yourself at a DHL point (in Italy) or FedEx (in other European Union countries). We currently do not accept returns from non-EU countries. For more details, please follow the procedure indicated here. Separate returns of the same order are not accepted.

You can send your return with any courier, but in this case, the shipment will be at your expense and under your responsibility. MC2 Saint Barth shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, etc. Please contact us to provide us with the courier name and tracking number.

Currently, our return policy does not include direct replacement of the item or a change in size, but a refund.

The return costs are at customers' charge: for EU countries the cost is 10€, for Italy 5€. This amount will be deducted at the time of refund. If the package is shipped with a courier of your choice the shipping costs will not be deducted.

You can purchase on our website using the following payment methods:

- PayPal
- Apple Pay (mobile).
We do not accept cash on delivery or by bank transfer.

We currently only accept one form of payment for each order.

Discount codes cannot be combined between them.

As soon as your order has been collected by the courier, we will send you an email confirmation with the shipping number to track the parcel.

All orders are collected by the courier on the business day following the one of the online purchase. Please note that business days go from Monday to Friday and our Distribution Centre is closed on National holidays: January 1st and 6th; 25th April; Easter; 1st May; 2nd June; 15th August; 1st November; 8th, 25th and 26th December. We kindly invite you to plan your purchases as orders will not be shipped or delivered on these days. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters.

All orders are shipped by express delivery, with the following delivery times:

• Italy: Delivery in 1-3 business days from date of shipping confirmation.

• Europe (EEC countries): Delivery in 1-3 business days from date of shipping confirmation.

• USA: Delivery in 1-3 business days from date of shipping confirmation.

• Non-EEC countries: Delivery in 1-5 business days from date of shipping confirmation.

Here below the shipping costs:

• Italy: EUR 8.00 - free shipping for orders over €150

• European Economic Community countries: EUR 11.00 - free shipping for orders over €200

• Countries outside the European Economic Community: 16,00 USD - free shipping for orders over 200 USD. Taxes and customs duties are not included in the total amount and are always on customers' charge
